STUFFED HAM ROLLS 
15 (4 x 6 inch) thin sliced boiled ham
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen, chopped and cooked broccoli, well drained
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
1/2 - 2/3 c. half and half

CREAM SAUCE:

4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
Paprika
Grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese

Combine broccoli, stuffing and cream; spread on ham slices, roll up and place seam side down in 9 x 13 inch pan. In saucepan, melt butter, add flour and blend well. Add milk and continue stirring over medium heat until thickened. Add cheddar and stir until melted. Pour cream sauce over ham rolls and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 inch pan for 15 minutes covered and another 15 uncovered.
