EASY PUMPKIN CAKE 
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. (2 sticks) butter, melted
nuts, chopped

Mix ingredients and pour into a 9x13-inch pan. Sprinkle one box of yellow cake mix (or butter cake mix) on top. Drizzle melted butter over top.

Bake at 350°F for 50 to 55 minutes. Before the last 15 minutes of baking time is over, add chopped pecans to top and finish cooking. Cool and serve with Cool Whip.
