1 box chocolate cake mix
1 sm. box chocolate pudding (cook as directed)

Mix cake mix and pudding. Pour in oblong pan. Sprinkle walnuts and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees.

You can also use yellow cake mix, vanilla pudding and butterscotch chips.
