DIFFERENT KIND OF CRABCAKE 
1 can crabment
2 tsp horseradish
1/2 bunch fresh cilatro, chopped
1 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp mayonaise
old bay seasoning to taste
1 egg
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs

Mix ingredients together. In an oven proof skillet saute crab cakes in 1 tsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter until bottom is firm. Do not turn over. Place skillet in oven and broil approximately 10 minutes.
