PORKCHOPS WITH SPICED APPLES 
8 thin porkchops
4 med. cooking apples, cored and cut into eighths (do not peel)
1/2 c. butter
1 c. honey
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Pan fry the porkchops, remove the chops from the frying pan when done. Melt butter in same pan (do not clean in between), add the apples, fry in butter until starting to soften (about 3 minutes), add honey, cinnamon and nutmeg. Continue to cook until it comes to a boil. Return pork chops to pan to reheat. Serve immediately. 4 servings.
