REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER CUPS 
1 c. peanut butter
12 oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
4 tbsp. butter

Place 1 cup peanut butter in heat-proof cup and set in pan of hot water on low heat, until it's smooth. In top of double-boiler over hot water, melt chocolate chips with 1 more cup peanut butter and butter, stirring until smooth. Grease a miniature muffin pan generously, and place 1 tablespoon warm chocolate mixture in bottom of each muffin well. Then place 1 tablespoon of melted peanut butter over that and 1 tablespoon more of chocolate mixture over peanut butter layer. Let set until firm. Makes 2 dozen.
