TURKEY HOT DISH 
3 c. seasoned croutons
2 c. turkey, cut up
1 1/2 c. canned chicken broth
2 eggs, slightly beaten
4 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. green pepper
1 tbsp. onion

Place in greased oblong dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Sauce: 1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup. Mix with 1/2 can of milk; heat and serve over turkey hot dish.
