1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. sugar
1/3 c. butter
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder

Beat eggs slightly. Sift dry ingredients. Add butter and milk to eggs and dry ingredients. Beat only until flour is mixed. Serves 4 to 5.
