CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1/2 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 c. milk

Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs and milk. Pour into greased and floured tube pan.

Bake 1 hour. Remove from pan and pour topping over the top of the warm cake.

Topping:

1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter
1/2 c. canned milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Simmer all ingredients together until sugar melts. Pour this mixture over the cake while cake is still warm.
