2 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 c. boiling milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. butter

ICING:

5 tbsp. butter
9 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. cream
1 1/2 c. coconut

Beat eggs; add sugar. Sift in ingredients. Beat and add scalded milk with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Before cake is brown; add icing.
