NOAH'S ARK CLAM CHOWDER | |
2 tbsp. butter 1 can snow minced clams, drained (retain juice) 1 finely chopped onion Saute. Add: 3 cans cream of potato soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 qt. half and half Bake at 200 degrees for 4 hours or on low crockpot for 4 hours. Salt and pepper to season. Use clam juice only to thin if soup gets too thick. A dash of curry anyone? |
