2 (17 oz.) cans Del Monte sweet peas
1 sm. white onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. green olives, chopped fine
1/2 c. Heinz sweet pickle relish
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 eggs, boiled & chopped well

Drain peas well and pour into large mixing bowl. Combine all ingredients, mixing well with 3 cups of salad dressing. Can use more salad dressing to get desired consistency. Also use mayonnaise, instead of salad dressing if desired. Cover and cool well in refrigerator.
