TURKEY DRESSING 
1 cake corn bread
10 biscuits
3/4 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onion
1/3 tsp. baking soda
1 stick melted butter
4 eggs
Salt, pepper and sage to taste
Turkey broth and milk

Break up cornbread and biscuits in a large bowl. Add all other ingredients. Add turkey broth and milk until batter has a creamy cornbread texture. Pour in Pyrex dish. Bake at 450 degrees until brown.
