BROWNIES 
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 c. flour, unsifted
2/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Blend oil, sugar, vanilla in a mixing bowl. Add eggs, beat well with spoon. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt, gradually add to egg mixture until well blended. Stir in nuts. Spread in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until brownie begins to pull away from edges of pan. Cool in pan, frost if desired.
