ZUCCHINI BREAD 
Cream together:

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
3 tsp. maple flavoring

Add:

2 c. coarsely grated zucchini
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. wheat germ
2 1/2 c. flour

Mix well and stir in:

1 c. chopped walnuts

Pour into two greased and floured bread pans. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (about 1/3 cup) and bake one hour at 350 degrees. Cool and turn out on racks.
