EASY CHICKEN CHOW MEIN 
2 c. cooked chicken or turkey
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. pineapple tidbits
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. sliced celery
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Grated Cheddar cheese

Combine all but noodles. Fold in 1 cup noodles. Pour into greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Refrigerate if desired. Top with remaining noodles and grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until hot (about 50 minutes). Serves 4-5. Pass soy sauce!
