1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Mix the sour cream and sugar. Boil to soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Add butter and let cool. Add vanilla and salt; beat until creamy. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper.
