APPLE NUT CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. Mazola or Wesson oil
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
3 c. apples, peeled & diced
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

1. Beat eggs, sugar and oil together.

2. Sift together nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and flour.

3. Add two mixtures together.

4. Fold in apples, nuts and vanilla.

5. Pour into 13"x9" or bundt cake pan.

6. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
