2 eggs, well beaten
4 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Beat eggs; add remainder ingredients. Blend well and cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Cook until thick; cool. Add 4 tablespoons cream.
