TUNA POLYNESIAN | |
1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1 tbsp. chopped onion 2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained 1 1/2 c. pineapple chunks, drained 1 c. chopped celery Combine mayonnaise with seasons and onion. Break tuna into bite size pieces, combine with pineapple and celery. Toss with mayonnaise mixture, serve in lettuce cups. 4 to 6 servings. |
