THE DISH 
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
3 med. onions
3 med. green peppers
2 c. white cream style corn
1 1/2 c. tomato paste
1 c. ripe olives and juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 to 2 tbsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated

Saute meat in small amount of vegetable oil, add onions, peppers and cook until done. Add corn, tomato paste, salt, sugar and chili powder. Cook mixture for 45 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook noodles. Drain and add cheese and chopped olives. Add this mixture to the meat sauce mixture. Pour into greased, covered baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
