OVERNIGHT COOKIES 
2 c. butter
2 c. white sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
4 c. flour
1 c. Spanish peanuts, crushed

Mix in order given. Form into two rolls. Chill overnight. Slice and bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
