BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli, cut into bite size florets
2/3 c. Spanish olives, halved
1 onion, chopped
4 boiled eggs, chopped

Layer.

Topping:

3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. sugar
pepper to taste

Whip the topping and pour over layered salad. Let set overnight.
