NON-FAT BAKING TRICK 
To prepare your favorite chocolate chip cookie, oatmeal raisin cookie, muffin or brownie recipe and greatly reduce the fat....

Take 6 ounce of dried, pitted prunes and 6 tablespoons hot water and puree in food processor. This will give you one cup of puree which can be substituted 1 for 1 in your cookie recipe for butter or shortening (i.e. 1 cup of puree for 1 cup of butter). It really tastes great in cookies and is so much better for you!
