HAMBURGER PIE | |
1 lb. ground beef Potato Buds instant puffs (8 servings) 1 egg 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. instant minced onion 1/4 c. catsup 1 c. milk 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat, 1 1/3 cups of dry instant puffs, egg, salt, pepper, onion, catsup and milk. Spread in ungreased deep pie pan (9 inch). Bake uncovered 35-40 minutes. Prepare remaining instant puffs as directed on package for 4 servings. Top baked meat loaf with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 3-4 minutes longer or until cheese melts. |
