STIR FRY VEGETABLES - BASIC 
1 med. onion, sliced
4 mushrooms, sliced
3 carrots, diagonal cut
2 sticks celery, diagonal cut
1 green pepper, sliced
1 sm. zucchini, diagonal cut
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tbsp. oil
Fresh garlic, chopped
1/3 tsp. gingerroot, chopped
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. soy sauce or to taste

Heat oil in large skillet or wok. Stir fry vegetables. Mix water and cornstarch in separate container. When vegetables are tender, add garlic, ginger, pepper, soy sauce. Add liquid. Mix and heat to blend flavors. Serve over rice or separate. Serves 2 to 3. Basic Recipe can be modified for seasonings based on preferences.
