TEXAS HASH 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
3/4 c. raw rice
Dash pepper

In a large skillet, cook and stir meat, onion, and green pepper. Drain fat. Put all ingredients into a 2 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
