TACO CRESCENTS 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, minced
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can minced ripe olives (optional)
2 eggs, well beaten
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown meat and onion; drain. Add seasoning mix; mix thoroughly. Add olives; set aside. When cool, add in eggs. Remove rolls from package and separate into triangles. Place some Cheddar cheese on each roll then top with about 1 1/2 tablespoons of meat mixture. Roll up and shape into crescents. Place crescents on baking sheet; bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 15 minutes or until golden.
