VEGETABLES 
3 c. sweet potatoes (beat, mashed & cooked)
1 c. sugar
1 stick soft butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1 c. nuts, chopped fine

Mix together sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, vanilla, eggs and place in greased casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle or spread on top of mixture. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and cook 1 hour.
