SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. or 1/2 lb. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup not diluted
2 c. sour cream
Crushed corn flakes

Use 10x12 or larger pan. Grease pan. Mix together everything except corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter. Put in baking dish. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes (takes 3 cups to make 2 crushed) mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter. Spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
