2 (3 oz.) pkgs. Jello brand tapioca pudding
3 c. water & juice (from fruit) mixture
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip]
1 can mandarin oranges
1 sm. can pineapple chunks

Mix together tapioca, water and Jello. Bring to a boil. Allow to cool. Mix in Cool Whip and stir in fruit. Cool completely. NOTE: Other kinds of Jello and or fruit may be used.
