SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped

1 can tomatoes (lg.), or 1 qt. home processed
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
1 can tomato paste (8 oz.)
1 tbsp. sugar (optional)
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil

Simmer 1 hour. Serve over 1 pound whole wheat or regular spaghetti.
