PAT'S GOULASH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. noodles (elbow macaroni)
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 c. Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef. Throw in small chopped up onion with hamburger. In separate pan, bring salted water to a boil and cook macaroni until tender as directed. Drain beef and onions. Return to pan and toss in can of tomatoes, cut up, with juice. Grate Cheddar cheese (Sharp is best). When noodles are done, drain and stir into beef mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top and serve.
