CRAB AND SHRIMP LASAGNA 
8 oz. lasagna noodles
16 oz. crab imitation
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 sm. can of shrimp
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pt. sm. curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 egg
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 to 4 fresh tomatoes

Cook noodles and drain. Combine crab, soup, and shrimp. In another bowl, combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, egg, onion, parsley and seasonings. "Pam" a 10 x 12 inch casserole. Layer pasta, 1/2 cheese mixture, all the crab, another pasta layer, then rest of cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 45 to 50 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle grated cheese over all, and cover with slices of tomatoes. Return to oven and bake 10 to 15 minutes. Let stand a few minutes before serving. Serves 10 to 12.
