WHIPPED CREAM CAKE 
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Whip cream until slightly thickened but not stiff enough to hold a peak. Fold in sugar. Add beaten eggs and vanilla. Add flour, which has been sifted with the baking powder and salt. Mix until smooth. Place in a shallow loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
