HONEY CHICKEN 
3 lbs. chicken, cut up (or legs and thighs)
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder (I use 1/4 tsp.)

Wash, dry, and skin chicken. Melt butter, and add remaining ingredients. Roll chicken in mixture to coat both sides. Arrange meaty side up in a single layer with sauce over it. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and glazed. Serves 6.
