SOUR CREAM CORNBREAD 
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. self-rising cornmeal
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. cream style corn
1 c. sour cream (1 sm. carton)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except sour cream. Fold in sour cream. Pour into preheated skillet and bake until golden brown.
