4 oz. or about 1 c. cinnamon
1 tbsp. cloves
1 tbsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. applesauce
2 tbsp. white glue

Mix together all ingredients until dough is smooth. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut dough with cookie cutters to desired shapes. Using a straw or toothpick, make a small hole at the top of each ornament. Place cut-outs on wire racks and allow to dry several days, turning occasionally. Thread ribbon through hole in ornament. DO NOT EAT. Hang on tree, or tie them on holiday packages.
