HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 to 2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 1/2 c. croutons
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. minced instant onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 to 1 c. shredded Cheddar (or Swiss) cheese

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients, except cheese and 1/2 cup croutons. Spoon into baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining croutons and cheese. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly.
