GREEK CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 jar spaghetti sauce
2 cans French fried onion rings
4 c. parboiled potatoes, sliced round 1/8-inch thick

Brown meat with seasonings, salt and pepper. Layer meat, potatoes, onions, then cover with sauce. Make another layer with remaining meat, potatoes and onion. Cover with remainder of sauce. Cook 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Then top with onion rings and brown for 15 minutes.
