TACO SALAD 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 lg. can tomato sauce
3 paste cans water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
Fritos corn chips
Cheddar cheese
Tomatoes
Onions
Black olives
Lettuce
Original HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing

Brown meat, drain fat. Add onions and garlic and cook with meat a minute or two. Add all other ingredients and simmer 40 minutes or more. You can add more water if need be. Serve over corn chips, etc. as you would for taco salad.
