1 lb. raw hamburger
1 can Spam, ground

Mix together for filling.

CRUST:

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. cold milk

Mix crust ingredients together. Divide dough in half. Roll out separately as thin as pie crust. Spread with filling. Roll up as a jelly roll. Refrigerate or freeze. When ready to serve, slice thin, place on sprayed cookie sheet, and sprinkle with Lawry's season salt. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
