QUICK BREAKFAST 
1 lb. bacon or sausage
1 pkg. hash browns
8 eggs

Cook bacon or sausage. Crumble in bottom of baking pan. Cover with hash browns. Mix eggs and pour over the top. You may also add salt, pepper, cheese, peppers, onions and (or) mushrooms to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
