SNOWBALL SANDWICHES 
1 can white tuna (7 ounce) combined with Miracle Whip, celery, onion and hard boiled egg. In other words, make tuna salad.

2ND BOWL:

Combine one 8 ounce package of cream cheese with Miracle Whip to spreading consistency.

Cut white bread slices into rounds using the washed tuna can. Spread with mixture from bowl #2.

Cut same size slices of pumpernickel (or any dark) bread. Place dark slice on top of white slice and top dark slice with good amount of tuna salad.

Add another slice of white bread.

Spread with remaining mixture of cream cheese on top and sides of bread forming a snowball.

Place in refrigerator overnight. When ready to serve, place one slice of drained pineapple on dish and place refrigerated sandwich on top of pineapple. Top with green olive. Serves six.
