GINNY'S CRESCENT ROLLS 
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
4 c. flour

Combine shortening, sugar, salt. Add eggs. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add water mixture and flour, knead until smooth. Let rise 1 - 2 hours. Cut dough in half, roll each half in circle. Spread melted butter on dough before cutting. Cut into 1/16ths. Roll from large end to small end making crescents.

Bake at 350°FF until light brown, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

Makes 32 rolls.
