EASY FRENCH TOAST 
4 slices of thick Italian or French Bread (day-old bread works best)
3/4 c. eggnog
2 tbsp. cooking oil

Soak both sides of bread in a shallow bowl with eggnog.

In a large skillet heat cooking oil to "hot" temperature,

Fry toast in skillet 2-1/2 minutes on one side (until golden) and 1-1/2 minutes on remaining side; Use more oil if necessary.

Transfer to serving dish; dust with powdered sugar.
