TUMRIYEH 
1 lb. fillo dough
1 c. Cream of Wheat or Semolina
1 c. cooking oil
4 c. milk
Powdered sugar
4 tbsp. sugar

In a medium saucepan, boil milk and sugar. Add the Cream of Wheat or Semolina, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Pour mixture in a small bowl and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Cut fillo dough sheet in half; place 2 tablespoons filling in center and fold to form a triangle. Fry in hot oil until light brown on both sides. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve hot.
