SPAGHETTI WITH CLAM SAUCE 
1 lb. spaghetti
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed or instant minced garlic
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. parsley
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 (6 oz.) cans minced clams

Cook spaghetti; drain. Add 2 tablespoons butter. Heat oil, 2 tablespoons butter. Add garlic, parsley, oregano and pepper. Saute for a few seconds over medium heat. Stir in clams, clam broth and water. Reduce heat to low, simmer 3 minutes. Pour over spaghetti.
