HEAVENLY HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1/2 c. butter
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk (1 can)

Melt butter and chocolate in top of double boiler. Stir in sugar GRADUALLY (4 tablespoons at a time), being sure sugar is completely moistened after each addition. Mixture will become very thick and dry. Add salt,. SLOWLY stir in milk and a LITTLE at a time. Serve hot. (Follow directions exactly or it will be sugary.)
