MACARONI AND SAUSAGE 
1 lb. smoke sausage - bite size
3/4 cup chopped celery
1 - 15 oz. can Hunts tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups cooked macaroni
6 oz. shredded mozzarella or swiss cheese

Sauté sausage with celery. Drain off fat. Add all ingredients together.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
